Our Team
Arizona Health Navigators is composed of team members who have years of experience working in community outreach across various platforms. This knowledge includes healthcare services and outreach, social services, mental healthcare, housing and Covid-19 relief services. All navigators are AHCCCS trained and certified to assist with applications. Our goal is to continue to build our team and organization to be diverse and have the tools needed to identify and meet community needs.
